Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 working hours (2 business days) of being placed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed on the next working day. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Within the USA
Once dispatched, orders within the United States usually arrive in 4 to 10 business days. Standard shipping is free on all US orders. [Confirm: free on every order, or above a minimum order value?]
International Delivery
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders usually arrive in 10 to 20 business days after dispatch. Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout. [Confirm: are international shipping charges paid, or free?]
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Customs processing can sometimes add to delivery times, and we are unable to control or speed up this process.
Tracking Your Order
Every order includes a tracking number, sent by email once your parcel has shipped. Tracking information can take up to 24 to 48 hours to update after dispatch.
Delivery Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
Delayed, Lost or Damaged Parcels
Delivery times are estimates, and occasional delays can happen because of carrier issues, weather or high-volume periods. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us within [7] days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
Wholesale and Bulk Orders
Wholesale and bulk orders (minimum 5 kg) ship directly from our manufacturing facility so they arrive fresh. Delivery times for bulk orders are confirmed with each customer when the order is placed.
